The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required.
• ACLS and PALS are preferred.
• Current IN state license is a plus.

The Practice – A Dual-Hospital System

Methodist Hospital Northlake Campus – Gary, Indiana

Methodist Hospital, Southlake Campus – Merrillville, Indiana

• 350-bed hospital with 21-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual ED volume of 30,000 with a 30% admit rate.
• All core sub-specialty backup available excluding interventional radiology.
• Multiple cath lab and OR suites.
• Comprehensive Stroke Center; patients requiring thrombectomy get transferred.
• Methodist Hospitals ranked #1 in Indiana for Racial Inclusivity.
