About This Role Join Cleveland Clinic's J5-2 Thoracic Surgery Stepdown Unit, a fast‑paced environment dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic setting and are passionate about providing high‑quality care. Highlights Pay: $41.00/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Rotating days/nights, 7:00AM—7:30PM and 7:00PM—7:30AM What You'll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing Experience: New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon or within first year of hire Benefits Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision benefits Retirement savings account contributions Additional benefits available at #J-18808-Ljbffr Cleveland Clinic
