Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to address issues faced by students.

• Collaborate closely with school staff, including teachers, counselors, and school psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the unique needs of each student.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention to students experiencing emotional distress, ensuring appropriate referrals to additional resources and support services as needed.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and peer supervision to continuously improve clinical skills and ensure quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will mainly work with a diverse student population in school settings. Your efforts will be geared toward addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
