Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices.

• Prepare and oversee documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of services.

• Collaborate with other professionals and programs to create and implement effective behavior support plans tailored to each individual.

• Actively participate in agency accreditation processes and maintain all relevant licensing requirements for the State of Washington.

• Serve as a liaison to community organizations, state agencies, and necessary service systems to streamline access for clients.

• Foster open communication channels to ensure alignment with contract standards and promote Step to Freedom's mission within our community.
\n
• Engage in professional development through attending relevant conferences, workshops, and state-level meetings, enhancing both personal and organizational growth.

• Uphold and disseminate the core values and principles of the agency in all interactions and workflows.
\n
• Assist the Clinic Director with other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficacy of the clinic’s operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including those struggling with mental health issues, developmental disabilities, or substance use challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role as an LMHC will be crucial in providing personalized support and promoting recovery through targeted strategies. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
