Overview Business Analyst - Rensselaer, NY - 24 Months - # K18501/240740 Contract Responsibilities Lead as the BA for Legally Exempt change requests. Coordinate testing for the remainder of Legally-Exempt development. Conduct analysis for the development of the On-Site Inspection checklist. Develop test plans and coordinate UAT for On-Site Inspection checklist functionality. Participate in unit, regression, and UAT for Enforcement and conversion to VB.Net technologies. Support CCFS by providing business analysis to product delivery and all help desk aspects of the CCFS project through design, pilot, implementation, and post-implementation enhancements. The Child Care Facility System (CCFS) is a production application with phased development and implementation. Several phases have been completed and released; several additional phases must be developed, coded and implemented during this contract period. Duties Work with users to collect and document business requirements and use cases. Work with developers on analysis and logical design. Perform unit and regression testing and work closely with users during UAT. Assist with responding to Day Care data requests. Compile status reports, schedules and requests from management on the Day Care Systems. Work under the direction of the Project Manager & Technical Lead. Qualifications Candidates should have at least 60 months of experience. Experience facilitating meetings with users to identify and gather business requirements. Experience documenting functional requirements, business rules and complex security requirements. Experience in writing test plans and cases and performing unit and regression testing. Experience writing technical/business specifications for complex PowerBuilder applications. Experience leading User Acceptance Testing and communicating bugs to technical staff. Associate\'s Degree. Proof of education must be submitted with all responses.
