Territory Business Manager

Overview The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for driving new customer growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new accounts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on consultative selling, developing customized service solutions, and partnering cross functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long term customer success. Location: Clifton, New Jersey Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Drive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, prospect calling, and targeted visits Identify and research potential clients to uncover new business opportunities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals Develop relationships with decision-makers through tailored presentations and product demonstrations Use CRM tools to track activity, update account information, and manage follow-ups Maintain data accuracy and consistency in sales systems Plan and execute weekly field activity to maximize prospect engagement Represent ImageFIRST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, service, and operations teams Actively participate in team meetings and follow ImageFIRST’s established sales process Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside, or field sales with a strong focus on new business development Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a healthy sales pipeline Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience using social platforms to identify and engage new prospects Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Company Values & Benefits Reporting Structure Reports to: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Direct reports: N/A Indirect reports: Regional Business Manager (RBM) Key Stakeholders Regional Sales Manager Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) – Sales Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) – Operations General Managers (GMs) Sales Team Operations Leadership HR Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually In addition to the base salary, this role includes: $15,000 guaranteed earnings during the first six months Competitive commission with significant earning potential based on performance Car allowance: $550 per month plus a gas card Actual compensation may vary based on market conditions, geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
