Customer Service Representative Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Schedule: MondaySaturday, 2:00 PM6:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced freight and delivery environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email. Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues. Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates. Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps. Process delivery order changes and cancellations. Communicate with customers, drivers, and business partners to resolve delivery-related issues. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality. Qualifications Required: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Experience answering customer inquiries and resolving problems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with business-related applications. Previous call center experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills. Experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or delivery operations is a plus.
