Human Resources Assistant (Military)

Job TitleHuman Resources Assistant (Military)Job DescriptionAs a Human Resources Assistant (Military), you will perform the following duties:Perform technical work in support of processing personnel and payroll actions such as promotions, benefits, reassignments, retirements or separations. Update personnel data using the established Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).Conduct in and out processing of personnel and assist employees in the completion, maintenance and updating of forms. Process documents required to support service awards, incoming medical, benefits and evaluation reports.Maintain correspondence files, directives, instructions, and other publications. Utilize word processing information systems to search, edit and extract data to create reports, graphics and develop presentations. NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration
