Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Weymouth, MA. This leader oversees the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic programs that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and quality improvement. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing cross‑functional initiatives, aligning projects with corporate strategy, and collaborating with executive leadership on long‑term planning and investment decisions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing financial and operational data, and making data‑driven recommendations. The Vice President also leads stakeholder communications, builds partnerships, and ensures that strategic initiatives support Brewster Ambulance Service’s mission and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proven Executive Management experience, leading senior‑level teams and influencing organizational direction. Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive evidence‑based decisions. Professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases for strategic projects. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with a track record of developing and implementing long‑range organizational strategies. Demonstrated expertise in Program Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex, multi‑site initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and collaborate across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
