Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative in healthcare, providing support to individuals navigating healthcare programs. Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence with routine inquiries and issues. Use computerized systems to track information, troubleshoot, and provide timely responses. Refer complex questions to senior staff, respond with pre-scripted responses, and fill out online applications. Maintain knowledge of client policies, adhere to privacy and HIPAA regulations, and complete required documentation. Report system problems and provide feedback on processes and training. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months customer service experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work within established turnaround times, participate in training, and maintain regular attendance. Ability to work on-site, participate in overtime or holiday schedules if required, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
