Sales Re-Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities Receive and review alerts for unsuccessful sales calls. Proactively call potential clients to understand their concerns and objections. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to rebuild interest and secure sales appointments. Address any questions, provide additional details, and clarify misunderstandings about the product or service. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure a seamless transition of leads. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM. Meet or exceed performance targets for callbacks and appointment setting. Continuously improve call strategies based on feedback and training. Ensure adherence to all ISC Policy & Guidelines Other job duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service role preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle objections and turn hesitations into opportunities. Goal-driven with a resilient and positive attitude. Proficiency in CRM and basic computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
