Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels (including ABM campaigns against our target account list) Own budget allocation and report on ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution Own website SEO optimization Build and run testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing pages Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure Manage CRM and website integrations Brainstorm with the Head of Marketing on content and brand to build high-converting campaigns Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed (outsourcing is always second resort at Inbolt) Lay the groundwork for a performance marketing team as headcount grows Work alongside the sales team to generate the pipe required Position details Role : Performance marketing manager Direct report: Head of Communication & Marketing Team: Marketing Location: US, Detroit or Remote Start date: ASAP Contract: Full time Benefits Stock-options package Team-building events & off-sites Health coverage Inbolt values end-to-end ownership, high rigor, and a genuine curiosity in the product we build.What we are looking for4-7+ years in performance/growth marketing in a B2B scale upTrack record owning paid media budgets and hitting CAC/pipeline targetsStrong with attribution, analytics tools, and testing methodology.
