This individual will play a key role in ensuring contract data is accurately maintained, regulatory requirements are met, and contract-related processes are executed efficiently. The Contract Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to review contract terms, provide guidance on compliance matters, and support ongoing contract administration efforts.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of interpreting government contracting regulations while supporting business operations.Key Responsibilities:Support pre-award activities including NDAs, teaming agreements, representations and certifications, and other contractual documentationManage contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, including award setup, administration, modifications, and closeoutReview and interpret contract terms and communicate requirements to stakeholdersAssist with contract negotiations and coordinate with internal and external partnersEnsure contracts comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulationsCreate and maintain contract records within Deltek Costpoint and SharePointProcess approvals and documentation through Jira workflowsParticipate in contract kickoff, administration, and closeout meetingsRespond to contract-related questions from internal teams and customersProvide recommendations regarding contracting policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory updatesMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive contract informationDeliver a high level of customer service while supporting multiple stakeholders
