Strategic Product Director, Adhesives & Construction

Matrix Adhesives Group in Ohio invites a results-driven Product Director to lead strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization of our branded products. You will partner with Sales, R&D, Operations and Marketing to drive profitable growth and bring innovative solutions to market. The role requires 5–10 years in product management or marketing, a strong business case discipline, and a track record of launching products in construction markets.
