You will focus most on providing case management and tailored instruction in math, enhancing student achievement and boosting confidence within a supportive, charter school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Colorado CDE Certificate required
• Experience teaching or case managing students in grades 9–12
• Strong background in secondary math instruction, individualized education plan (IEP) development, and special education compliance
• Passion for fostering inclusive, empowering classroom environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary case manager for a select group of high school students
• Deliver individualized math instruction and monitor academic progress
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs in collaboration with colleagues and families
• Lead meetings, conduct assessments, and coordinate appropriate supports
• Advocate for student needs while nurturing positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all state, federal, and school-based requirements
