Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and specific needs in their care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist patients in coping with their conditions and maintaining mental wellness.

• Collaborate effectively with the wider treatment team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to provide holistic care plans that encompass both physical and emotional health.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and medications, ensuring they feel empowered in their choices.
