Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access control and badge activities, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet tools to document observations and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Our agile, reliable, innovative team puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct visitors as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and first aid experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
