Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift – New Higher Rates

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN and physician.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality resident care.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control practices, and state and federal regulations.

Schedule

• 12-Hour Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
