They provide legal counsel and representation to employees and employers, aiming to resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Due to growth, they have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years practicing employment law.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top law school.
- 3+ years of wage and hour matters experience.
- Experience with PAGA representative action
- A stable professional background with minimal movement on your resume.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Can independently manage cases from inception to final approval or trial.
