Work Environment\n

This role operates entirely within a telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you can deliver necessary services without the constraints of a physical office location. You will connect with clients via virtual platforms, maintaining the high standards of privacy and professionalism that our clients expect and deserve. While most hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, there may be occasional evening or weekend appointments required to meet the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, focusing on upcoming appointments and appropriate discharge processes as needed.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on client needs and goals.

• Document client interactions diligently, ensuring accurate progress notes and adherence to best practices in mental health documentation.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Attend individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, allowing for independent practice.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and the Pimsy platform.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with conducting comprehensive intake assessments is highly desirable.
