Product Development Specialist

Purpose: To drive growth and profitability for the Temsa NA Spare Parts division by improving, expanding, and enhancing our product offering. Duties: Identify sources for product based on quality, pricing, and need. Create and launch new product offerings based on market needs, feedback, and opportunities. Ensure parts and product offerings are appropriately priced for the market. Work closely with Procurement to stock parts and products for expected demand. Work with Marketing and Management to market parts and products. Work with suppliers on product quality, changes, and identification of changes. Reports on objectives, progress, and performance of initiatives. Skills/qualifications: Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and vendors. General understanding of Engineering and/or Mechanics. Able to read schematics, diagrams, and manuals. Previous use with ERP system preferred.
