Role Description As a Business Developer at PG Service, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a dynamic company. Key Responsibilities ✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand PG Service’s client portfolio. ✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. ✅ Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets. ✅ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion. ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. ✅ Represent PG Service at networking events, industry meetings, and business forums. ✅ Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English & Spanish): Strong communication skills in both languages. Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a related field. Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to take on challenges. Learning & Growth: Someone who is constantly seeking to improve and advance their career. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on market needs.
