Accounts Payable Associate Talented in Accounts Payable, but only looking for a short assignment? Position - Accounts Payable Associate Job Location - Waukesha, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Temporary
Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (7:30am - 4:00pm) Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $23/hour Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable Responsibilities
-Vendor invoice entry into SAGE via email or mail -Upload/enter credit card charges into SAGE -Match credit card receipts to statement on a monthly basis -Manage purchase orders, as well as match AP checks to invoices -Mail checks and file invoices Qualifications -HS Diploma/GED required -At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred -Excellent computer skills including familiarity with SAGE and Adobe Acrobat -Positive attitude, great work ethic, and professional demeanor are MUST HAVES Please send your resume to milwnorth @seekcareers.com .
