Program Manager, CRM & Digital Customer ExperienceOur client is looking for a Program Manager to own a portfolio of customer-facing digital initiatives, including their CRM platform, website and online purchase flow, customer self-service portal, mobile app, and customer notification system. You'll be embedded with the platform teams and run 8 to 10 concurrent projects end to end, bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to work that spans marketing, field operations, IT, and digital product teams.
