This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for work-life balance while catering to clients' needs. You will engage with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Although the work setting is primarily remote, you will regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms, maintaining seamless communication and coordination of care. It may be necessary to accommodate clients' schedules by working evenings and weekends occasionally, ensuring they receive support when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing appropriate treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to maximize client engagement and effectiveness.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards agreed-upon treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing high levels of stress or emotional distress, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, timely records in compliance with both legal standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop a comprehensive support network around the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be individuals and families navigating the challenges that arise in hospice care. This includes supporting clients facing terminal illnesses, managing grief and loss, and providing psychoeducation to help them cope with end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
