Compensation $150,000+ Responsibilities Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements. Gain hands‑on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop long‑term strategies to achieve their financial goals. Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner. Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in an intensive six‑month Associate Partner Training Program. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus. Goal‑oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career. Cultural markets knowledge is preferred, but not required. Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience. Experience working in sales is required.
