This role will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, operational rigor, and strong communication skills with a deep understanding of marketing workflows within a fast-paced SaaS or software environment.Marketing Operations & Program ManagementManage and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, campaigns, launches, and strategic initiativesBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationsDrive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teamsEstablish scalable processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the marketing organizationLead recurring team & planning meetings, campaign reviews, and status reportingCampaign & Workflow ManagementCoordinate campaign execution across digital, content, product marketing, demand generation, events, and partner marketing teamsMonitor deliverables, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on trackIdentify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements or suggest net-new process where ones don’t currently exist.Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goalsData, Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on campaign performance, project health, and operational KPIsDevelop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into marketing activities and resultsPartner with RevOps and Sales Operations to ensure accurate lead management and reporting processesAnalyze operational performance and recommend improvements based on data insightsTools & Systems ManagementOwn and optimize marketing tools, workflows, and integrations including CRM and marketing automation platformsSupport implementation and adoption of new technologies and operational best practicesMaintain documentation for processes, templates, campaign workflows, and governance standardsCross-Functional LeadershipServe as the operational hub for the marketing organizationFacilitate communication between internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors or agenciesSupport executive-level reporting and strategic planning initiativesDrive accountability across teams and ensure priorities remain aligned with company objectivesQualificationsBachelor’s degree5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within a SaaS or software companyStrong understanding of marketing campaign execution and operational workflowsExperience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platformsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or PardotStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authorityPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS or technology environmentsPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certificationsFamiliarity with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operationsBenefits:Flexible PTOMedical, Dental, Paid Sick Days, Vision, and Supplemental CoverageFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings Account401(k) matchIf you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you!
