Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in pricing, supply chain coordination, import/export administration, vendor communication, and cost analysis.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help develop cost-effective logistics solutions, support pricing requests, prepare accurate quotations, monitor profit margins, and partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate logistics solutions based on customer requirements, operational capabilities, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to evaluate service requests and identify effective logistics alternatives.
- Request, coordinate, and follow up on pricing information to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
- Prepare pricing proposals, monitor quote activity, and communicate customer feedback with Sales representatives.
- Analyze cost variations, profit margins, shipment reports, and standard margin reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist with vendor relations, purchase orders, supplier billing discrepancies, tariff-related issues, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
- Salary Range: $30,000 to $350,000 per year.
