Residential Construction Manager - Boston, MA - $150k

- Coordinate with internal leadership, Project Managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines
- Manage site logistics, materials, deliveries, and inventory control
- Lead weekly production meetings and provide consistent progress updates
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, RFIs, photos, safety records)
- Enforce job site safety, compliance, and security while supervising field teams
The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Construction Manager should have:
- 5+ years of residential or comparable construction management experience
- Proven experience managing high-end remodeling or large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership across subcontractors, trades, and carpentry teams
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
- RRP Certification required
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- Open to candidates from luxury residential, commercial, or multifamily backgrounds
- Competitive base salary up to $150,000
