Location: Austin, TX - 12211 Technology Blvd
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, 5 days/week
Duration: 6-Month Contract Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in manufacturing or electronics is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in production, assembly, or a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and follow manufacturing orders, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
- Experience using hand tools or small machines to assemble mechanical/electronic components.
- Ability to take precise measurements and use templates for proper part fit and alignment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills, including identifying defects or malfunctions and escalating issues appropriately.
- Familiarity with quality control and inspecting finished products with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, testing logs
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Dependable, able to follow directions, and comfortable working as part of a team.
