Position Overview

A leading global entertainment organization is seeking an SAP Concur Administrator to support travel and expense operations across the business. This role functions as a Concur super user and operational resource, supporting end users, maintaining process documentation, assisting with data entry and auditing activities, and helping drive consistency across travel and expense workflows.

This is a business-facing functional role rather than a technical or systems administration position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP Concur experience, strong process orientation, and the ability to support users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary SAP Concur administrative support resource and super user for internal stakeholders.
• Support daily travel and expense operations within SAP Concur.
• Review, enter, update, and maintain travel, expense, and reimbursement-related data.
• Assist employees and managers with expense reports, travel requests, approvals, and policy-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate escalations when necessary.
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor compliance with company travel and expense policies.
• Perform data validation, auditing, and quality control activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliation support, and operational analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new Concur users.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business stakeholders to support ongoing travel and expense initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience.
• Experience serving as a Concur administrator, super user, Travel & Expense Analyst, Expense Administrator, Finance Operations Analyst, or similar functional support role.
• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes, reimbursement workflows, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise or high-volume environments.
• Experience with expense auditing, policy compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to post-implementation support, user adoption, or system stabilization efforts.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Shared Services teams.
• Entertainment, media, professional services, or corporate operations experience is a plus.
