Tennessee Regional Sales Director - Screening
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks a Regional Sales Director for its Screening Team to lead Account Executives across Tennessee in launching and commercializing SHIELD, an early cancer detection product. The role combines field-based sales leadership, team management, and direct provider engagement within a designated region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 8-12 Account Executives including recruitment, coaching, and performance development
- Identify early adopters and secure laboratory partnerships with phlebotomy draw agreements
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers in assigned region
- Develop regional business plan encompassing budgets, territory management, and sales goals
- Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while monitoring progress with leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years customer-facing sales experience in medical, diagnostic, or medical device sectors
- 3+ years sales leadership or management experience
- Proven revenue generation track record at diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
- Experience leading sales teams promoting products to primary care providers and gastroenterologists
- Track record in product launch within sales leadership capacity
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals
