Senior Product Sales Manager (Academia)

Identify and develop high-value business opportunities through executive relationship building, deep discovery, and competitive positioning to differentiate our solutionsCollaborate with regional Account Managers, customer success and other teams to leverage relationships to advance new business opportunitiesCreate and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, focusing on maximizing deal size and accelerating sales cycles through advanced sales and negotiation tactics. Utilize extensive product expertise to craft and position high-impact, value-added solutions that address complex customer needs and enhance deal value. Forge and sustain high-level customer relationships, establishing trust and credibility with senior stakeholders to become a key advisor for customers. Oversee cross-functional collaboration to drive product sales planning and execute comprehensive sales strategies that expand Clarivate’s footprint. Conduct comprehensive reports and insights on sales activities, customer engagements, pipeline health, forecasts, and closing schedules, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Drive the development and execution of innovative sales campaigns and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional teams. Continuously advance industry and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge, applying new insights to develop new business sales strategies and support overall commercial success. Hours of WorkFull Time, Permanent positionThis position is targeted for someone located within the Northeast in the United States.This is a remote role with up to 50% travel as neededYou will work regular business hours with the ability to flex as neededCompensation - US onlyThe expected base salary for this position is $110,000-140,000 USD per year.  This role is eligible for annual bonus earnings.  Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
