Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients through secure video encounters, utilizing our telehealth platform to gather important mental health and medical history.

• Offer virtual counseling and psychotherapy to patients, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Design, implement, and modify comprehensive behavioral health treatment plans based on mental health assessments to track patient progress effectively.

• Document encounters meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of sensitive patient information, including examination results and treatment outcomes.

• Use our integrated health technologies to record and analyze patient progress data, which enables ongoing adjustment of treatment strategies and enhances patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development centered around improving therapeutic techniques, innovative approaches, and best practices in telehealth delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will particularly benefit seniors and their families as they navigate complex emotional responses during critical life transitions and health-related changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health settings.

• Demonstrated experience delivering telehealth services is essential.

• Access to a private workspace conducive for therapy sessions and a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
