Assembly Inspector - 2nd Shift (Quality)

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Assembly Inspector - 2nd Shift (Quality). The hourly rate for this position is $24.45 + $2.50 shift premium per hour. The hours for this shift are 3pm - 11pm. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000* paid in two installments, less applicable withholding. Bonus terms: Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. What You’ll Do The Inspector performs assembly inspection of regulators at various locations in the assembly plants per established procedures and monitor conformance to quality standards. In This Function, You Will Perform visual inspection on interior and exterior of units. Perform all responsibilities of the Inspector. Perform visual inspection of units throughout the assembly process per established procedures. Inspect decals and stencils to exterior of unit and perform paint mileage check as required. Complete various company forms to communicate inspection status and other information and to document inspection results per established procedures. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications Quality inspection experience Skills Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
