Nurse Practitioner (NP) | Midtown NYC | Mon–Fri 7–3, No Call Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY (onsite) Employment: Full-Time, W-2 Salary: $140,000–$145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Benefits: PTO, sick time, and 401(k) No weekends. No on-call. Why This Role Stands Out Consistent Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule No weekends or on-call responsibilities Professional corporate healthcare environment Focus on preventive health and employee wellness Predictable weekday workflow Responsibilities Respond to onsite medical situations involving employees Administer vaccines, including flu and COVID, under standing orders and documentation requirements Perform point-of-care testing, including COVID, flu, strep, glucose, and cholesterol testing as needed Support biometric screenings and preventive health services Provide lifestyle coaching related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and long-term wellness Recommend appropriate follow-up care or referrals Manage patient appointments and clinic workflows Maintain onsite medical equipment and supplies Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related privacy requirements Qualifications Active, unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner license Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or advanced practice nursing program Current national board certification appropriate to your specialty Current BLS/CPR certification Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, occupational health, or a similar setting Knowledge of blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and preventive care Comfortable practicing independently within established protocols and scope of practice Excellent communication, patient education, documentation, and organizational skills Able to work effectively in a professional corporate environment Able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan About VitalCheck Wellness We are changing the face of healthcare delivery by bringing high-quality healthcare providers directly into the workplace and virtually.
