Business Development Manager

Position Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients and/or contracts across multi-family portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships.What you’ll doAggressively prospect for new property management clients throughout southern CaliforniaBuild relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers and developers.Use CRM tools like Co-Star to manage pipeline, track activity, and drive conversionsYou will be calling, networking, and building relationships with key players in the community in order to develop the overall property management business.Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their property management needs and present tailored solutions.Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates.Assist with the onboarding and handoff of new clients to the operations team for a smooth transition.What you’ll getCompetitive base pay + commissionFull training tools and support from a reputable locally focused property management companyMedical benefits, sick/vacation time offOpportunity to growFast- paced, entrepreneurial work culture rooted in trust and accountabilitySomeone who knows the local rental landscapeProven experience in sales, business development.Fearless and proactive personality- you love cold calling, door knocking and networking.Organized, tech-savvy, and results- driven2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mashcole Property Management Inc
