Director, FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for leadership.
- Manage close processes and ensure accurate reporting of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Develop tools and dashboards to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align budgets and forecasts with operational goals.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for presenting analysis to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with emphasis on FP&A.
- Previous experience in corporate finance and three-statement modeling.
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial compliance standards.
- Prior experience in the entertainment industry.
