Biomarker Program Manager

As a Biomarker Program Manager III within Precision Medicine, you will bridge cutting-edge science and operational execution to manage biomarker research across Phase 1-3 clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end biomarker operations, trial logistics, and sample tracking across multiple Phase 1-3 clinical studies.
• Author and review biomarker content in critical study documentation, including clinical protocols, ICFs, eCRFs, and clinical study reports.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract execution, bioanalytical assay performance, and financial tracking for biosample management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across study teams and sites by aligning operations with ICH/GCP guidelines and internal procedures.
• Lead cross-functional study team meetings, resolve operational risks, and direct sample shipments and data transfers.
• Mentor team members, optimize department process guides, and deliver study-specific training materials to study sites and vendors.

 
qualifications:



Required:

• Ph.D. with 2+ years, Master's with 7+ years, or Bachelor's with 10+ years of clinical trial, project management, and biological science/biomarker experience.
• Proven track record running complex clinical operations and vendor management in a biotech or pharma environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Deep scientific expertise in oncology or related therapeutic areas.
