Title: QA Recall Coordinator
Location: Mundelein, IL 

Duration: 6 Months to Start

Schedule: Fully onsite for the first 2–3 months for training, then hybrid with 2–3 dayz onsite per week

Day-to-Day:

Collabera is looking for a QA Recall Coordinator to support high-volume customer service and recall operations. This individual will handle approximately 80–115 calls and 100–200 emails per day, assisting customers with recall-related requests, field actions, corrections, removals, returned products, and documentation. They will support customer notifications, return authorizations, credits, replacement requests, recall tracking, and record maintenance while working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in MedTech/medical devices, Quality, complaints, recalls, or field actions. Zendesk experience is preferred but not required.

Must Haves:

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, medical devices/MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulatory, or a related environment; High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone and email requests in a fast-paced environment
• Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems
• Proficiency with Msft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements

Plusses:

• Experience with product recalls, field actions, corrections/removals, and medical device quality or complaint handling.
• Experience with customer notifications, returned product processing, and Quality Management Systems.
• Zendesk experience and familiarity with regulated documentation and audit readiness
