Compensation Manager

Actively seeking Compensation Analyst for a 1-Year Fixed Consulting Contract in a Hybrid Role . The position is fit for a candidate who is looking for only a fixed contract, wants to bring their experience to a Global Leading AMLaw Firm, and has experience in a Partnership, Professional Services, or Law Firm. Role requires a candidate with 6-7+ years of progressive Compensation experience in a Law or Professional Services Firm, 2+ years in a leadership role, and has strong foundation in Excel. HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY SALARY: $175 - $225K (Commensurate w/Experience) IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED 7+ Years of Compensation Analysis Experiencein a Professional Services Firm REQUIRED Solid experience with HRIS platforms is PREFERRED 3-4+ Years of Leadership experience, with Direct Reporst is REQUIRED Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP’s, creating charts and graphics, pivot tables.
