Help improve advanced AI systems by contributing authentic, high-quality Mandarin language data. This remote contract role focuses on recording, transcribing, annotating, and evaluating Mandarin speech with close attention to pronunciation, linguistic accuracy, and data quality. Key Responsibilities Record clear, accurate Mandarin audio samples. Transcribe and annotate Mandarin speech data precisely and consistently. Review audio recordings for quality, linguistic accuracy, and compliance with phonetic standards. Apply knowledge of Mandarin phonetics and pronunciation nuances when recording and reviewing content. Support AI workflows through accurate labeling, annotation, and quality evaluation. Work with the customer's team to meet project requirements and quality benchmarks. Provide constructive feedback to improve processes, workflows, and data quality. Qualifications Native-level Mandarin Chinese proficiency with exceptional pronunciation and intonation. Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics and spoken-language nuances. Excellent audio transcription and annotation skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience evaluating quality in linguistic or audio-focused work. Familiarity with speech-data collection or audio-recording processes. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience as an audio engineer, voice actor, podcaster, musician, or in a similar audio-recording role. Previous work with AI workflows or speech-data projects. Education or experience in linguistics or applied language studies. Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
