Executive Chef

Designed with a fresh, clean, nautical vibe, the atmosphere draws deep inspiration from the ocean. Meat and seafood lovers can indulge in a menu featuring dry-aged prime and American Wagyu beef, locally sourced fish, decadent side dishes, and a global selection of fine wines and spirits.

We are seeking an experienced   Executive Chef   with strong culinary skills and the desire to lead and mentor a large, diverse team providing exceptional dishes with care and consistency– we want to hear from you!

Qualified candidates will have

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants
• Prior success in running expo in a high-volume kitchen
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring salaried managers and hourly BOH staff.
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and bottom-line profitability.
• Ability to mentor, motivate and drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce.
