Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine their unique needs and define individualized treatment plans that may incorporate a range of therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy.

• Your role will involve facilitating therapy sessions, focusing on overcoming dependencies and fostering positive behavioral changes in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• As part of the treatment planning process, you will help clients set achievable goals, ensuring that plans align with both their personal aspirations and applicable legal standards.

• Maintain meticulous records by keeping detailed progress notes that reflect each client’s journey, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding record-keeping.

• Collaborate with clinical team members, including the clinical director, in auditing charts and validating documentation accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with various mental health disorders and dual diagnoses, including substance use issues. You will play a crucial role in not only aiding individuals in crisis but also promoting long-term resilience and health through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license is mandatory for this role.

• Direct clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings, ideally totaling at least two years, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
