Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress through regular evaluations.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to engage with clients, ensuring they receive uninterrupted access to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with a diverse clientele, including both adults and children, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral problems. This role requires a solid understanding of family dynamics and the ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must be fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; significant preference for candidates holding a higher level of education in psychology, social work, or counseling.
