I've been part of the State Farm family for 30 years, including 13 years as a State Farm team member before opening my own agency 17 years ago. Today, I lead a close-knit team of two, and we're excited to continue growing. I'm also a proud UNLV graduate and dugout mom to an amazing 6-year-old son.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bree Buckles - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
