Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the hotel including developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue This role requires strong leadership skills as well as experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record in sales Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support Build relationships with corporate clients travel agents and other potential business partners Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends Prepare and present reports on sales performance to upper management Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or similar role Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue goals Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly Familiarity with hospitality software systems eg CRM Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays if necessary Location Los Angeles preference for English-speaking candidates Salary $1300 per month plus commission on sales Our company is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace We encourage all qualified individuals to apply Visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates without previous experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Assist
