Assistant Service Manager

C&J Automotive Assistant Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. The main reason for minimal turnover is because we provide, and ensure, a positive and enjoyable work environment for all. Responsibilities Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Building Work Orders. Receiving/ordering/posting parts. Review digital inspections. Qualifications Automotive Experience (Not Required but is a plus). Attention to detail. Valid drivers license. Sales Experience (Not Required but is a plus). Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
