PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, home health occupational therapists to care for the needs of our clients. We have immediate openings for occupational therapists who can provide high-quality care for our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with agency policy and procedures
- Must be a licensed occupational therapist by the state
- Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports
- Must have at least one-year clinical experience
- Checks in on certified occupational therapy assistants after every 4-6 patient visits
- Must be able to travel to prospective patient's place of residence
