CCM Document Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Document Specialist to design, develop, and implement CCM solutions using Quadient and Exstream applications. This 18–24 month contract role pays $80/hr and involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer communication processes and deliver personalized, engaging communications. Mid‑Senior Level; Contract; Information Technology. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using Quadient or Exstream. Perform data transformation tasks such as data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations. Create and modify templates and layouts, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and reliability of communications. Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes. Work closely with business stakeholders and end‑users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Provide training and support to end‑users on CCM applications and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience developing CCM solutions with Quadient or Exstream. Strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation and retrieval. Proficiency in XML and data transformation. Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template design and document generation. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with other CCM tools or platforms. Understanding of document composition and variable data printing. Benefits Medical insurance.
